Sobre Ohmar
My name is Ohmar, and I’ve been training for almost eight years. It all started in a forest, with a pair of rings and a strong desire to move. No equipment, no gym — just a need to train with what I had. That’s how my passion for calisthenics began.
Over time, I specialized in skills and acrobatics, then moved into streetlifting and powerlifting, achieving solid personal records. I also explored hypertrophy training, always with a functional, bodyweight-focused approach.
Today, I follow a hybrid style that blends strength, endurance, mobility, and creativity. I believe in the power of fundamentals, but also in variety to keep motivation alive.
Alongside physical training, I’ve cultivated meditation, which taught me discipline, consistency, and self-awareness — the perfect complement to movement.
After years of hands-on experience, I studied at the Project Invictus Academy, applying everything I learned on myself, before sharing it with others.
Now, my goal is to help you find your path — to feel strong, focused, and truly passionate, both in and out of training.
